Return and Refund Policy

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, except where required by law.

Please contact us through our store contact page before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm whether return postage applies to your situation. Return postage is assessed case by case.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
